If any of you buy from this company, a guy called Dave Marles (MarlesD@aol.com or winninisall on Ebay) BEWARE!!

I bought some pushrods off him on Ebay on 29/08/09 (Item Number 360183270528). He claims to have posted 2 sets but I have never RX'd anything from him. He has only answered one email when I questioned where they were.

International packets have to be signed for in China and so it is not physically possible to take delivery without a signature backed by passport. He also did not correctly address mark the address as I told him too (which he freely admitted) and came up with some lame excuse as to why not that was basically total bull!

With my time limit approaching I raised a dispute and after almost 2 weeks with no response to the dispute I escalated it to a claim. That was 3 days ago. At the same time I left negative feedback saying "24 Oct, no goods, poor comms, no response to dispute, escalated to claim."

Today I received an email saying "Whats the bad feedback for, you moron. We sent to the ebay address which is as it should be . Lost 2 lots of money on you and you give bad feedback. Tit ."

I responded with "Well if you answered emails you knob then I wouldn't have! I ain't no mind reader! And this is the email address I sent the JPG address to in a SEPERATE email to so don't give me that bull about not monitoring receipts so not getting it! But I shall certainly be sure to mention you on the RC modelling boards for your superb (RAOFLMAO!) service!"

to which came back "Tell it to someone who cares. "

I notice that on his feedback today that somebody who left him neutral f/b he also called a "tit" too! GOOD customer service!

For me there is no room for idiots like this and I urge everyone to avoid buying from this guy and to spread the word about him if you hear of anyone that uses him! Seems to me like he posted it incorrectly and wants to blame everybody else!

And just to clarify, in respose to his reply to my f/b, Shenzhen is NOT in the outback of China, it is a major economic zone within 30 minutes of Hong Kong, with over 9 million people in the city and suburbs.
